  • Physical items, if any, will be shipped directly to the designated beneficiaries as part of our charitable initiatives. Donors or supporters will not typically receive physical shipments unless explicitly specified during a particular campaign or collaboration.
  • Items are dispatched using trusted delivery partners or directly by our volunteers, ensuring safe and timely delivery.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Digital Receipts: Sent within 24-48 hours of the transaction.
  • Physical Items: Delivery timelines will vary depending on the nature of the initiative, the location of beneficiaries, and logistical factors. Updates will be provided as necessary.

4. Shipping Charges

  • There are no shipping charges for any materials sent by the foundation. All costs are covered by Antarman Social Welfare Foundation as part of our operational expenses or initiative funding.

5. Undelivered or Lost Items

  • In the rare event that any physical material or item is lost or undelivered, beneficiaries or involved parties can contact us for assistance.
  • Digital documents can be reissued upon request if not received.

6. Service Areas

  • Our campaigns primarily serve individuals and families in India. International shipping of items is not applicable unless specifically mentioned for a campaign.
