At Antarman Social Welfare Foundation, we deeply value your contributions and support towards our mission. As a nonprofit organization, your donations and contributions are critical to helping us carry out our charitable initiatives. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully:

1. Donations

• Donations made to Antarman Social Welfare Foundation are non-refundable.
• Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as the funds are immediately allocated to our ongoing initiatives and campaigns.

2. Duplicate Transactions

• In case of duplicate transactions, kindly notify us within 7 days of the transaction date. After verification, the duplicate donation will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

3. Event Registrations or Campaign-Specific Contributions

• For specific events or campaign-related contributions, cancellations and refunds are not permitted after the payment has been made, as such funds are used for immediate implementation of the event or campaign.

4. Error in Donation Amount

• If you believe there was an error in the donation amount, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction. We will review the issue and determine if a refund is applicable.

5. Cancellation of Sponsored Initiatives

• If an initiative or campaign that you specifically contributed to is canceled, we will notify you and discuss the reallocation of your donation to other ongoing initiatives. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (in applicable cases):

• Email us at support@antarman.org with the following details:
  • Name of the donor
  • Transaction ID or receipt number
  • Date and amount of the donation
  • Reason for refund request

Our team will process your request and respond within 7-10 business days.

7. Mode of Refund

• Refunds, if applicable, will be made using the original mode of payment within 10-15 business days after approval.

8. Changes to this Policy

Antarman Social Welfare Foundation reserves the right to amend or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
